Strengthen · five seated modes, and a walking mode
- Seated marches. Lift each thigh in turn, with no resistance.
- Knee up. Push your leg up against resistance; Legbots lowers it for you.
- Knee down. Push your leg down against resistance; Legbots lifts it once you start.
- Left thigh. Push the left leg up against resistance.
- Right thigh. Push the right leg up against resistance.
- Walking mode. Walk against resistance on the thighs, so an ordinary walk does more.

Legbots Assist is a general wellness product, not a medical device, and does not prevent falls. The deeper insights, the trends and the Legbots AI Coach are Legbots+. It is included for 12 months from delivery and while you are a member, then requires a separate subscription. Your device works and gets software updates whether or not Legbots+ is active. Without Legbots+, the device works the same; the data pages need the subscription.
